2/27: Nichols' Season Ends At Regions
Senior Tim Nichols had his season ended on Saturday at the Region 6 Tournament. Nichols was pinned in his quarterfinal bout to eventual champion Jordan Beverly of Point Boro and then was eliminated in the wrestleback round by 4th place finisher Luis Filipe of Long Branch.
Nichols ends the season with a team high 22 wins.
2/23: Nichols Advances To Region Quarters
Senior Tim Nichols topped CBA's Patrick Cunningham, 14-7, on Tuesday night to advance into Friday night's quarterfinal round of the 2010 Region 6 Tournament.
Teammates Anthony D'Anton and Steve Glawson, both juniors, had their seasons ended at Tuesday's opening round with D'Anton falling to Brian Hamann of Jackson Memorial, and Glawson getting edged by Neptunes CJ Pierce. D'Anton ends his season with a record of 20-6, while Glawson finishes the year at 18-8.

Tim Nichols and Steve Glawson finished in 3rd place in their respective weight classes at Saturday's District 24 Tournament at Toms River East and will be in action on Tuesday night for the opening round of the Region 6 Tournament.
For Glawson, it is his 2nd consecutive trip to the Region Tournament, while Nichols makes his 1st appearance.
