The season ended for Aidan Ott and Matt Coon in the 1st round of wrestlebacks on Friday morning. It also brings an end to the high school careers for both wrestlers.
Coon was a 4-year starter for the Lions, winning 87 bouts, 2 Region medals, and was 2-time District finalist, winning the D25 Championship in 2022.
Ott wrestled in 17 bouts his first two seasons, and had a breakout junior season, winning 27 matches and finishing 5th in the Region. He was a 2-time District finalist for the Lions.
